Sinopsis:
Anime layar lebar Seitokai Yakuindomo sebagai perayaan ke-10 tahun manganya. Tsuda Takatoshi akan memulai kehidupan barunya sebagai siswa di SMA Ousai, sekolah umum yang sebelumnya adalah sekolah khusus perempuan. Ia memilih sekolah ini karena dekat dengan rumahnya, tak lebih. Di hari pertama ia berangkat ke sekolah, Takatoshi bertemu dengan gadis-gadis aneh yang kemudian menyeretnya menjadi wakil ketua OSIS sebagai salah satu perwakilan laki-laki. Kisah kocak para anggota OSIS pun dimulai.
